入會程序 / Application Procedure
✓ 填寫入會申請書
Submit a completed membership application form.
✓ 理事會審查
The application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
✓ 繳交入會費
經理事會審查通過後，繳交一次性入會費新臺幣 500 元，即完成入會程序。
After approval, pay the one-time registration fee of NT$500 to complete the membership process.
The organization and operation of the Union, the rights and obligations of its members, labor-management relations, and other matters concerning labor rights shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), including but not limited to the Labor Standards Act, Labor Union Act, Collective Agreement Act, Act for Settlement of Labor-Management Disputes, Act of Gender Equality in Employment, Electronic Signatures Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
The Union shall conduct its affairs in accordance with applicable laws and the Union Bylaws, safeguard the lawful labor rights and interests of its members, and promote constructive communication and cooperation between labor and management.
入會與會費說明 / Membership & Union Fee Information
入會費：新臺幣 500 元，僅於入會時收取一次。 Registration Fee: NT$500, charged once only upon joining the Union.
每月經常會費：新臺幣 200 元，同意薪資代扣後，由公司每月自薪資代扣並轉交工會。 Monthly Union Dues: NT$200. After payroll deduction is authorized, the Company will deduct the dues from the member's monthly salary and remit them to the Union.

I am a member of the Taiwan Micron Technology, Inc. Enterprise Union. In accordance with Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Labor Union Act, I authorize Taiwan Micron Technology, Inc., after this application is submitted, to deduct the monthly Union dues of NT$200 from my salary in the month in which the dues are payable and remit the deducted dues to the Union.
If my salary for a given month is insufficient for the deduction, I will pay the dues using another payment method provided by the Union. If I wish to change to another method of paying the monthly Union dues, I will submit a request to the Union to cancel the payroll deduction authorization, after which the Company will stop deducting the monthly Union dues from my salary.
